แบร์รี่ อัลเลน เจ้าหน้าที่พิสูจน์หลักฐานอาชญากรรมเมืองเซ็นทรัล ซิตี้ ถูกสายฟ้าฟาดจนสลบไป เมื่อตื่นขึ้นมาเขามีพลังความเร็วสุดยอด
